How to Connect With Medium Authors on Twitter
There’s a quicker way to build your audience
I’ve been a Twitter user for over ten years, and from the beginning, I’ve thought that the platform has massive potential for content providers. We know, of course, that Twitter as a business model has had its ups and downs, and it’s no longer the sexy up-and-coming social network used by younger influencers anymore. That doesn’t mean it’s potential is tapped out though. There are still 330 million monthly average users, and its monetizable user-base continues to grow at a clip of 17% year over year.
More importantly for Medium authors, Twitter has easy integration with Medium’s platform. You can follow a user directly from their profile or one of their articles, and you can market your own articles through the easy popup window after you publish.
Twitter is probably the platform most amenable to content marketing.
